Over 16,000 immigrant young people have lost protection from deportation since Trump ended the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, or DACA. While there have been a number of favorable court decisions allowing some DACA recipients to apply to renew their protections, these decisions are temporary, and could be overturned on appeal.

Our families need a permanent legislative solution.

We need the clean Dream Act now, and Wisconsin’s own Congressman Paul Ryan has the power to bring that bill to the floor for a vote in Congress. We will march and rally on Monday, March 5th, beginning at 3:30pm at Monument Square in Racine (corner of 6th St and Main St) around the corner from Speaker Ryan’s office.
