On Thursday, December 21st, we’ll hold posada-themed protests at the offices of Tammy Baldwin, Gwen Moore, Ron Johnson, and Paul Ryan, to urge them to include the clean Dream Act in the federal budget.
Las Posadas are a Latin American Christmas tradition where participants Mary and Joseph’s to find shelter the night Jesus was to be born. We’ll travel from office to office seeking support for the clean Dream Act, which would provide a path to citizenship for immigrant youth.
We’ll travel by bus and caravan from office to office. Enter your information below to reserve your spot on the bus! Then meet us at Voces’ office (1027 S 5th St) at 11am Thursday. Our bus leaves Voces at 11:45am.
