Youth-led Events to Address Racial Profiling in Trayon Martin, Darius Simmons Cases

WHERE: In Miilwaukee, rally kicks off at Red Arrow Park, then students will march to the Federal Courthouse to meet with a larger 12 pm rally.

*RACINE: Sudents will meet at the Bray Center, 924 Center Street, 11 am.

WHEN: Saturday July 20th, 11:15 am

WHAT: This morning, students and teachers involved with Youth Emowered in the Struggle (YES) will be joining Milwaukee-based Urban Underground, to protest the Trayon Martin verdict, and continue organizing to challenge institutional racism, in the aftermath of the case.  The march was called for by 14-year old Rafael Diaz, a member of YES.
