Paola Ramos
Author, Emmy Award-winning journalist, and 2026 Gala keynote speaker
Paola Ramos is an author and Emmy Award-winning journalist. She contributes to Telemundo News and MSNBC, where she hosts Field Report, and previously worked as a correspondent for VICE News.
Before entering journalism, Ramos served as Deputy Director of Hispanic Media for Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign, as a political appointee in the Obama administration, and on President Obama’s 2012 reelection campaign. She earned a master’s degree in public policy from Harvard Kennedy School and is a former Hauser Leader at its Center for Public Leadership.
Ramos is the author of Finding Latin-X: In Search of the Voices Redefining Latino Identity and Defectors: The Rise of the Latino Far Right and What It Means for America. Born in Miami to Cuban and Mexican parents and raised in Madrid, her reporting explores identity, democracy, power, and the changing political experiences of Latino communities.
